经历了三年的疫情后，国内外的经济形势严峻而艰难，三年的疫情，圣诞节前后集团为我们发放了三年的特殊奖金(除年终奖外的一种特殊奖励）,今年还会有吗？在大家的猜测和期待中今年的信如约而至，2023年充满了挑战，但在每一位的共同努力下，集团亦年复一年地取得了如今的成功。收到邮件后，于总第一时间录制视频，将这份惊喜和祝福带给大家——今年的Special bonus(750澳币折合3500人民币）会随本月工资一同发放。
2023，对于大连公司也是艰难的一年，但是在于总的带领下，12月份lead free项目批复并如期开展、Testing facility的项目也已启动、国内销售业务也在顺利开展......如今又再次收到了这份特殊奖金，我们感激、我们更倍感珍惜！
我们更相信，只要上下一心、我们抱团取暖，所有的困难和困境都可以打败并走出。这不，冬天来了，春天还会远吗？美好时光总会如约而至。集团给予我们的资金支持、2024年的订单预算还有如今的特殊奖金......以后的日子，大连公司在于总的带领下，我们一同携手，定会向光而行！

Despite ongoing challenges in the external environment, DuluxGroup Australia, New Zealand and Papua New Guinea have performed very well and collectively delivered strong results, yet again. Importantly, as custodians of our respective businesses, we continue to stay true to our Values & Behaviours – focussing on our consumers and customers, putting safety first and always looking for ways to improve, be innovative and find smarter solutions.

To recognise and thank you for your contribution this year, I am pleased to let you know that the DuluxGroup Executive has approved a CNY 3,500 special bonus (minus normal taxation and statutory deductions) for all eligible employees. Eligible employees are those who commenced with one of the DuluxGroup Pacific businesses prior to 1 July 2023 and remained employed as at 15 December 2023, including: all full and part time permanent employees and those on fixed term contracts, casual employees who during 2023 have worked a minimum of 200 hours as at 1 December 2023, and employees on leave without pay who previously worked and received pay during 2023.
为了表彰和感谢你们这一年的贡献，我很高兴地告诉你们，多乐士集团高管已批准向所有符合条件的员工发放3500元人民币的特别奖金(扣除正常税收和法定扣除)。符合条件的员工是在2023年7月1日之前开始在多乐士集团工作并在2023年12月15日仍在工作的员工，包括:所有全职和兼职长期员工以及固定期限合同员工，在2023年期间工作至少200小时的临时员工，以及之前在2023年期间工作并领取工资的无薪休假员工。
In the context of our overall 105+ year journey, this year marks 10 years since DuluxGroup acquired Alesco (B&D, Lincoln Sentry and Parchem / Fosroc / Avista / Flextool) and 20 years since we acquired Yates. Further it’s been 30 years since we acquired Cabot’s and 35 years since we acquired Selleys, British Paints and Berger. This year, we continued our growth journey with the acquisition of Italian-based sealants and adhesives leader NPT, Yates acquiring the iconic Seasol business and most recently, Selleys acquiring the Pental Consumer Products business to expand our household cleaning range. I am also pleased to announce that Nippon Paint Group has approved ~$130m for us to build a new water-based Selleys factory at our Padstow site in Sydney – more than 60 years after the current factory opened.
